Absolute nightmare, stay well clear.I ordered pistol magazines 12 months ago on pre-order. After about 3 months I requested an update on my delivery, which I was promised. This never came. I then spent approximately 6 months trying to phone them and emailing them constantly, but to no avail. After 10 month, I threatened legal action...again, no response.After 11 months the owner answered the phone and promised he would review my order and contact me. I informed him that I wanted a refund as I no longer owned the pistol in question. Again, I was ghosted.The following month I eventually, after approximately 100 unanswered emails and approximately 30 unanswered calls got through to one of the staff, and informed them that I had gotten legal representation in Sweden and was suing them for the refund. I immediately got an email form the owner apologizing and admitting they had handled my case very poorly. They requested my bank details to issue the refund, which I forwarded. That was 3 weeks ago, and again they are ghosting me, not answering their phone or responding to an additional approximately 150 emails requesting the refund be issued.I am now in a position where I am out of pocket €600 and am having to proceed legally in the European Small Claims court for my refund and legal costs incurred.Save yourself a lot of hassle and buy somewhere else, as this company is an absolute joke.
