Baffling bad customer service. I ordered a total of two items and I didn't even recieve the right one. When asked for refund all I got was a response saying that it's not the wrong product and I'm mistaken, even though I send them images of what I had recieved compared to what I should have. After 3 emails they simply stopped responding.P.S. A week later they have yet to answer any email regardless of what they've said in the reply here. Absolutely terrible customer service and care for customer satisfaction.
