By far the worst so far ive ever encountered where for the last 4 emails ive sent an automatic reply that is sadly not automatic has answered me things that have absolutly nothing to do with my problem and it is very very clear that nobody is even reading my tickets very sad the incompetence that we let go by as humans and then we ask why the world is brokensad
