Beware of potential game loss on the platform. To clarify, I have maintained an account for several years without issues since around 2020 - 2021, gradually building a substantial library. Fast forward to 2025, I discovered that my PC was compromised while I was away, leading to my account being permanently locked for fraud. I noticed attempts to obtain a device using my account, which were unsuccessful. Despite having no policy violations and securing my account with a new email and two-factor authentication, I was dismissed. They claimed it was my device/IP and stated that account security is the holder's responsibility, leaving the lock in place permanently. The treatment was appalling, and I feel compelled to return to alternative options. If this review persuades even one person to reconsider using the platform, I would be satisfied, as they truly deserve it.
