Ordered an in stock sweatshirt for my daughter early December for Christmas. Shipping estimate had it arriving a full week before Christmas. Days before I ended up scrambling to get a different gift. The item finally arrived after Christmas. When reaching out to support I was told they were unable to offer me anything. What they meant was unwilling. They tried to blame the carrier but it was in fact the processing time that took forever. They then blamed me for not paying extra for expedited shipping. Why would I pay extra when they estimated arrival was in time? I will NOT be doing business with them again and you shouldn't also. Don't let businesses get away with this kind of thing. they need to DO BETTER!!
