Never received product

The website states orders will be processed in 24 hours and shipped within 3-5 days. It is coming on the 4 week mark and I haven't received the order I paid for. I got one response from the email for customer service (there is no phone number listed on the website) and they said to wait another week-this was after waiting three weeks. When I asked them again where was the product they stopped answering my emails. It seemed like I got a canned response to pacify my inquiry. I don't believe I will ever get my product. UPDATE:After I sent a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau the product shipped and I have now received it.
