I experienced the same issue as others. I pre-ordered a vinyl box for April 2025, but after numerous delays and poor communication, I finally received the items in November 2025. They arrived damaged, warped, and scratched. When I contacted customer service, my options were a 10% refund or to return the item and hope for a replacement. I don’t want to deal with that hassle now. When I asked to escalate the case, they either promised to get back to me and didn’t, or dodged the question. This is the worst customer service I’ve encountered. I hope my favorite artists never partner with this company again.
