Terrible service, no order updates

Terrible service! I ordered an LP that was listed as in stock, and there’s been no indication of it being dispatched! The support team doesn’t respond, and there’s no phone number for contact. Avoid this company; you won’t receive your order, and they seem indifferent.

Truly disappointing experience

This company is truly disappointing. They never respond to emails. The item I received was extremely basic, almost like it came from a discount store. They canceled part of my order, claiming it was out of stock, yet it remains available for purchase. I won’t be shopping here again!

The customer service is extremely poor. I ordered an LP that was supposedly in stock, but there’s been no sign of it being dispatched! They don’t respond to customers, and there’s no phone number available for contact. Avoid this company; you likely won’t receive anything, and they seem unconcerned.

If I could give zero stars, I would!

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! I ordered a hoodie from the online store, and it never arrived. After multiple emails, I received generic automated replies before finally getting a human who agreed to issue a refund. To give context, it took 16 days for them to confirm they couldn’t provide an update within 3 days as I requested! AVOID!

Completely unhelpful

Not worth a single star

Not worth a single star. I pre-ordered an item and wasn’t informed until I contacted them after 4 months that they couldn’t fulfill my order. They kept taking orders despite knowing this. I finally received a refund after 6 months, but it took up to 14 days, and the money is still not in my account. They even had the audacity to offer a 15% discount on a future purchase. Terrible company with worse customer service.

Poor communication and service

I experienced the same issue as others. I pre-ordered a vinyl box for April 2025, but after numerous delays and poor communication, I finally received the items in November 2025. They arrived damaged, warped, and scratched. When I contacted customer service, my options were a 10% refund or to return the item and hope for a replacement. I don’t want to deal with that hassle now. When I asked to escalate the case, they either promised to get back to me and didn’t, or dodged the question. This is the worst customer service I’ve encountered. I hope my favorite artists never partner with this company again.
