Overcharged service to start with; made almost impossible to cancel and close my account; after long hours of chatting and chasing; I managed to close my account. Was sent a box to return the kit via Yodel; returned the full kit as instructed (receipt in front of me) yet was still charged £40 fine for "not returning the kit"Avoid signing any contracts with them at all costs
