Ben was extremely accommodating prior and during the delivery. I was really impressed with the level of contact he maintained throughout the delivery process. Ben was very friendly and patient. He ensured we were completely satisfied with the product and where and how it had been delivered. Ben and his partner were also very respectful inside our property as they removed their shoes without us even having to ask along with ensuring the product that they delivered did not damage our flooring.
