Shaun and Matt were fantastic today. Very considerate of my home and belongings. They delivered the bed to my bedroom, unpacked it and removed packaging. They put on protective booties to keep my carpet clean and went above and beyond to help me. Can’t recommend highly enough
Five star delivery service from our delivery team, Shaun and Matt, at Store 2 Door. Very friendly and professional from start to finish. The delivery team phoned before arriving to let us know they were on their way. Care was taken to ensure no unnecessary mess or damage to carpets by putting mats down from the house entrance to where we wanted the sofa based. The delivery team waited until we were completely satisfied before leaving. Excellent service!
I had my Furniture Village dining table delivered on 7 October, and this was my third delivery experience with Furniture Village. My first one about two years ago was a bit of a nightmare (couldn’t remember it’s by furniture village delivery team or other delivery company), but this time was completely different.The delivery was handled by Store2Door, with Jason and Rosie — they were absolutely brilliant. They dismantled and removed my old table, then set up the new one efficiently. Both Jason and Rosie were polite, professional, and worked really well together. They took great care with every step, paying attention to both the furniture and my home.The whole process was fast, smooth, and stress-free. I honestly can’t fault them at all. Highly recommended!
I have to say Store to Door made what could be a stressful day easy. The guys were at our house at 7am as agreed. They worked tirelessly and always in good humour. If they weren’t sure about something they asked what we wanted done. They solved issues brilliantly. They went above and beyond. I really can’t recommend them more. I’m never going to move again but if I did I would use S2D unreservedly. I will also recommend to anyone who needs a house move done
