Edit: they emailed me, asking me to wait. They still didn’t offer any solution to my problem. I’ve checked, and the first time i emailed them about these replacement parts, it was January 07, a month and a half ago, and still no solution. A simple solution, such as sending me the brush and battery and charging me for it. I’m not asking for favours or anything for free, I want to buy the bloody thing so the product I paid 200€ for can properly work.I don’t want any more contact from this brand. I’m getting rid of their product and never buying from them again. Not worth the headache.-I own a robot Cecotec Conga 8490 Pet. The software isn't great, it has several issues, but mainly, I'm having issues with Cecotec. I'm trying to buy a replacement brush and battery. First, you can't find it online, you need to email the brand. Once you do, they say they'll send it to your home and the deliveryman will charge you. I've been waiting for over a month... Meanwhile, I can't use my robot. This is just ridiculous, I have no time for this. I don't plan on using or buying from this brand again.
