I sent in a request on the 18th of January, I still have only recevied emails from the company about how they want to help me since no one ever replied to me on whatsapp, after trying to use that channel for help. This email came to me a week after no one on whatsapp replied. I replied to the email late because I have things to do in my life but then Cecotec also took a week to reply and its been like this since. I have been waiting a week for an email reply, and still after trying whatsapp again, I am stranded in the thread. I use this bike everyday as I cannot drive. Do NOT USE CECOTEC for expensive appliances, I have them for other small things and they subpar but functional. The Customer Service is horrible, takes forever for help. I never leave reviews but this one I had too.

My order was marked as “Delivered” on 27/01/2026, but I did not receive anything. I was whole day home so I also cannot miss the delivery by being away. The tracking number shown (GLS Italy) cannot be found on the official GLS website (also not via ID collo), and the downloadable ticket is only an invoice with no valid shipment details. I contacted support to request the correct tracking and proof of delivery (POD). I’m waiting for clarification and a resolution (delivery, replacement, or refund).

Overall a disappointing experience.

Overall a disappointing experience. I purchased an item several days ago that was supposed to arrive within 3-5 days: this turned out to be completely untrue. More than that timeframe has passed, and the tracking number directs me to a fraudulent courier service. I need more information!

Frustrating Experience with After-Sales Service

As winter comes to an end, I have been pursuing the company for two months to repair a heater. They arranged for a courier to pick it up, but provided the wrong address; instead of my actual house number, they shared a non-existent one. I urge everyone to avoid purchasing from this company, as they seem to focus on sales and neglect any after-sales service. Repairs won't happen; you'll find yourself sending countless emails and making calls, only to be left chasing the courier company. With winter ending and their warranty expiring in 12 months, I'm left feeling that my only option will be to dispose of the product, as I doubt the company will offer any support. Extremely disappointing service from such a brand.

Frustrating Experience with Repair Delays

I have been waiting for three months for a repair, receiving nothing but emails and no actual work. Despite my repeated inquiries, I keep getting responses asking me to be patient. With winter coming to an end, the heater repair remains unfinished. The service provided is subpar, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone. They promise a lot but deliver very little.

Frustrating Experience with Order Status

I placed an order for a coffee machine on December 2nd, and to this day, the order status remains at 'Verifying stock'. Initially, the website indicated that the product was available and provided an estimated delivery time of 4–5 days. However, after a week of attempting to reach out via emails and phone calls, I finally managed to speak to someone who informed me that my item was actually out of stock and that processing my order would only occur after January 9th. Additionally, I observed that the price prior to Black Friday was €148. On Black Friday, a 7% discount was applied, lowering the price to €139 (when I made the purchase). Subsequently, the price rose to €169! It seems the website continues to misrepresent stock availability and delivery timelines. If you're hoping to secure a holiday gift ahead of time, be prepared for a lack of communication and no apologies.

This is possibly the worst service available. I purchased a cooking appliance, and after a year, the seal on the blades broke. There are no spare parts or alternatives for my model, making it completely unusable due to a small issue. This may even breach EU regulations, yet no actions have been taken. It's truly astonishing. AVOID THIS SERVICE.

Avoid this company at all costs

This is possibly the worst company out there. I bought a cooking appliance, and after just a year, the seal on the blades broke. There are no spare parts or alternatives available for my model, rendering it completely unusable over a minor issue. This might even violate EU regulations, but no actions have been taken. It's simply unbelievable. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
