Don't buy any product from this company especially if you live in a country that they do not have either their own dealer nor collection and delivery service. You have ZERO support if you have a broken spare (which is very possible) or if your product needs service. In this case you have to throw it in the BIN!I bought a mambo touch Food processor in Switzerland! The package had already TWO faulty spare parts. Unfortunately i discovered that 3 days after i had bought and already used the product and i couldn't return it to the e-shop. It should be untouched.They told me to contact Cecotec in spain. I did so and i asked them at least to post me one of them, i would buy the other one myself because it was really urgent to get it fast. I aked for the MamboMix spoon. It is a very small part of 70grams. I was surprised to receive a reply telling me that since they don't have a collection and delivery service in Switzerland, i should give them an address in a country they HAVE!!! A different country? Seriously???They didn't even bother to put this little thing in an envelope and post it! The simplest thing on Earth! Absolute lack of common sense and flexibility on basic things.Is that called customer service? And why do they sell their cheap Chinese faulty products in countries they don't support?STAY REALLY AWAY from this horrible company that has ZERO respect for its customers.
