NEVER AGAIN A CECOTEC

After the wrong response from Cecotec, in which they say that we have not sent the serial number, I can confirm that it was sent numerous times, along with videos, invoice, etc... They are evading their responsibility and are not telling the truth. They should be ashamed to treat customers like this. Do you want to know what they say to me again? that they have cancelled the incident again and that I need to send them the documentation again. They want to laugh at my mother but they won't succeed. I'll put it in the hands of my lawyer. I recommend that you DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY, they are terrible when it comes to covering their guarantees and their customer service department is real NIGHTMARE.My mother bought a Cecotec Model BigToast Double 03084 toaster through Amazon. After a year the toaster does not toast on both sides, and it is still under warranty. My mother contacted Cecotec customer service to explain the problem and request that they provide a solution. They began to ask my mother to go to their website and post the entire incident, adding photos, videos, invoice, everything and more. She did it with incidence no. 03451947 and no one got in touch to indicate how the matter was going but they did send numerous emails requesting the same information over and over again. We did send all the information required four times already. On August 12, we called for the fifth time, and they told us that they were going to send us a new one and that we would receive details of the shipment by email once it was prepared and that it would be in approximately a week. Our surprise when after a few days we received an email saying that we should send more information again, so we called, and they told us again with great arrogance that if we do not send what they say they will not pay attention and that they will hang up on us. A new incident n.03487170 has been opened againWe had bought some Cecotec vacuum cleaners and for that reason we recommended my mother buy the toaster. What a big disappointment with this brand and what it represents. Their customer service is horrible and their processes even worse. You can't treat people like that when they guarantee two years on their products and the product is under warranty.Do not buy any product from this company, you end up wasting time, money and patience.
