I bought a mobile airco: 3500 cool compact smart. The machine started leaking water after a few weeks, which can be rather dangerous as it is plugged in the wall socket and I stepped in a pool of water several times. When trying to contact their customer service on the website you end up in a chatbox where several people are talking about their products at the same time. Obviously not build to genuinely assist you. The Whatsapp CS is not much better. In the end it was impossible to get a normal reaction about this issue. Maybe there was a simple fix needed from my side but without any serious help I will just throw it away at the trash.
