I made the stupid mistake of not checking the reviews before I bought a Cecotec product. I bought a wine fridge from Amazon for my new house but unfortunately the delivery had to go unchecked as it went straight into storage for 2 months.When I opened the package, the glass door was smashed which could have been a delivery issue, but not something I could prove so I approached Cecotec to just purchase a replacement door and happy to pay for it ... which you would think would be very easy.They suggested I went through Amazon which is quite a task in itself, but I would assume that dealing direct with the manufacturer with my willingness to pay for the issue would have been much quicker.This was 2 months ago. The stipulation on the replacement door was that I had to pay CASH to the driver, which I find very odd but I agreed. So, to date I have nothing other than meaningless emails - which of course takes them a week to respond to.Since then, just excuses and fob offs. The support team should rebrand as 'do not care about clients department'.Today I decided to buy a replacement from a more trustworthy manufacturer so I am 550 euro out of pocket and the cooler has to go to recycling. Absolutely shocking customer support - and please do not respond with one of your empty 'hey we will contact you sort this' responses.
