I bought a Conga last year and just after the year of use the vacuum stopped working. I sent it to be repaired and despite It being in guarantee they want to charge me for the reparation which I think is unfair and a way of taking money from the client. I have tried contacting customer service and they said that it wasn't right but they still aren't able to find a solution. Customer service is poor and the way they only contact via email is cold and impractical. I'm very unhappy with their product and service. As I can’t respond to them I will respond here. They didn’t tell me the issue with my product but they are explaining it here and hence my discontent with product and service. If no one can respond to the client it shows poor customer care. I phoned and have written to find out the issue and no one was able to help but here they have explained the issue. Makes no sense.
