Initially, the website indicated that the product was available and provided an estimated delivery time of 4–5 days. However, after a week of attempting to reach out via emails and phone calls, I finally managed to speak to someone who informed me that my item was actually out of stock and that processing my order would only occur after January 9th. Additionally, I observed that the price prior to Black Friday was €148. On Black Friday, a 7% discount was applied, lowering the price to €139 (when I made the purchase). Subsequently, the price rose to €169! It seems the website continues to misrepresent stock availability and delivery timelines. If you're hoping to secure a holiday gift ahead of time, be prepared for a lack of communication and no apologies.
