My order was marked as “Delivered” on 27/01/2026, but I did not receive anything. I was whole day home so I also cannot miss the delivery by being away. The tracking number shown (GLS Italy) cannot be found on the official GLS website (also not via ID collo), and the downloadable ticket is only an invoice with no valid shipment details. I contacted support to request the correct tracking and proof of delivery (POD). I’m waiting for clarification and a resolution (delivery, replacement, or refund).
