My battery stopped working on my electric bike. I sent in a request on the 18th of January, I still have only recevied emails from the company about how they want to help me since no one ever replied to me on whatsapp, after trying to use that channel for help. This email came to me a week after no one on whatsapp replied. I replied to the email late because I have things to do in my life but then Cecotec also took a week to reply and its been like this since. I have been waiting a week for an email reply, and still after trying whatsapp again, I am stranded in the thread. I use this bike everyday as I cannot drive. Do NOT USE CECOTEC for expensive appliances, I have them for other small things and they subpar but functional. The Customer Service is horrible, takes forever for help. I never leave reviews but this one I had too.
