My first visit was quite disappointing. I knew exactly which podcast microphone I wanted. The staff brought it out and mentioned I needed a stand, then vanished for over 30 minutes. When they returned, they were assisting other customers without any apology or explanation. Eventually, another staff member helped me. Being ignored with no communication was unacceptable. I would only return if there were no other options.
