I purchased a digital piano and stand from this seller. Everything arrived well packaged. My stand was temporarily out of stock, and they reached out to inform me right away, offering the option to wait or receive a refund. I chose to wait, and just about a week after the piano was delivered, my stand arrived. I truly appreciate their transparency and communication throughout the process.
My first visit was quite disappointing. I knew exactly which podcast microphone I wanted. The staff brought it out and mentioned I needed a stand, then vanished for over 30 minutes. When they returned, they were assisting other customers without any apology or explanation. Eventually, another staff member helped me. Being ignored with no communication was unacceptable. I would only return if there were no other options.
I visited the store with the intention of purchasing a bass and encountered a staff member who was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my visit. He arranged a demo for me, allowed me ample time to decide, and assisted in negotiating a deal when I was ready to make the purchase. Additionally, he checked the intonation on the bass and honestly informed me that they didn’t have the right strings available, suggesting I explore other options. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this store to anyone!
