I visited the store with the intention of purchasing a bass and encountered a staff member who was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my visit. He arranged a demo for me, allowed me ample time to decide, and assisted in negotiating a deal when I was ready to make the purchase. Additionally, he checked the intonation on the bass and honestly informed me that they didn’t have the right strings available, suggesting I explore other options. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this store to anyone!
