They have a lot of hidden charges. Make sure you tell them the correct number of boxes or even more for estimate because if during packaging it comes out to be more than initially mentioned,their price will increase much much more than expected.Every 6 months they increase 10per the total storage price saying you agreed to it. Yes, this was mentioned in their 4 pages of terms and conditions,somewhere at 10th number may be.On top of this every year,they take additional management and insurance charges.I feel such things should be made clear well in advance.I have used safe storage services before and believe me I regret every single day for not opting them just because of a few bucks which we thought we were saving with store my goods and they were much better as their wasn’t a single hidden charges.
