I feel such things should be made clear well in advance.
I have used safe storage services before and believe me I regret every single day for not opting them just because of a few bucks which we thought we were saving with store my goods and they were much better as their wasn’t a single hidden charges.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and very informative. Even though I arrived close to closing time, they were patient and made sure I was able to complete my rental process without feeling rushed.The facility is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and it’s never overly busy, which makes visits quick and stress-free. I also really appreciate the convenient and spacious parking. Overall, a great experience!
If there was an option for zero stars, Store My Goods would deserve that and then some.This company managed to mess up the only responsibility they have: coordinating pickup and delivery. I was given three different delivery dates, each contradicting the previous one. They kept shifting timelines without warning, leaving me to keep entire days free for nothing. And if they anticipate an unpleasant conversation? They simply ghost you.My agents, Sunder and Harpreet, were a disaster in terms of communication. They don’t seem to speak clearly with each other, let alone with customers. Before payment, they’ll call you nonstop. After payment, good luck getting them to respond.They didn’t even share my number with the delivery guy, he literally waited one hour outside because no one bothered to coordinate.But hey, they’ll proudly flaunt “Shark Tank” as if that magically excuses incompetence.The packaging was okay, but my microwave came back with a dent. Here’s where it gets even shadier. Randomly, in the middle of the day, I get an email from Sunder stating:“As per our conversation, you denied the risk coverage.”What conversation? No such discussion ever happened. When I called him, he casually said, “Sir, don’t worry, it’s just a standard mail.”Except on the phone earlier, he had assured me that my goods were covered. And suddenly now, after the damage shows up, I receive a mail implying I denied risk coverage? Looks like someone dropped the microwave and needed a way out. That email was his escape route.I’ll take responsibility for being foolish enough not to demand written proof at the start. But when your own salesperson lies, misleads, and manipulates the situation, how exactly is a customer supposed to trust your company?Store My Goods is unreliable, careless, and dodgy in its communication. I would not recommend them to anyone who values their time, their belongings, or basic honesty.
Worst Service Experience with StoreMyGoods – Never Again!I rarely write such posts, but my recent experience with StoreMyGoods deserves to be shared so others don’t go through what my family and I faced.Pathetic onboarding: Inadequate packaging material, items taken away unpacked, no barcodes provided, and advisor arriving 6 hours late.Sudden price hikes: Charges almost doubled after the truck left, with hidden costs added without consent.Zero coordination: Warehouse took weeks to finish packaging & barcoding despite repeated follow-ups and calls.Nightmare delivery: A 6 km delivery took 12+ hours — the truck was “lost” for 7 hours and no one from the team could locate it until I threatened legal action.Broken items: Crockery arrived damaged — and I didn’t even bother raising a claim after such a harrowing experience.This entire ordeal caused extreme stress, anxiety, and inconvenience for my family. The team was completely careless and unprofessional at every step.I will never recommend StoreMyGoods to anyone. Companies in the logistics space must understand that they are handling people’s valuables — not just “boxes.” Basic accountability, transparency, and customer communication are non-negotiable.
