I set up a subscription for some products, but your subscription management page has been broken for quite some time. Because of this, I cannot cancel my subscription even though I no longer want it. Despite my efforts, I am still being charged and sent products I do not need. This is unacceptable, and I am extremely frustrated at being forced to pay for something I cannot opt out of due to your broken system.
