Got my first tattoo earlier this winter and honestly didn’t expect the itch to be that bad. The skin felt tight, dry and constantly irritating.

I was first recommended something from the pharmacy, but for me it just sat on top of the skin and made everything feel greasy without really helping.

A friend suggested trying The Aftercare Duo. I didn’t expect much, but it actually made a noticeable difference for me. The itch calmed down fairly quickly, my skin felt less stressed and the flaky winter dryness improved over the next days.

Obviously skin is different for everyone, but this worked better for me than what I had tried before.

Great Aftercare! 100% Recommend

Ordered the to Spain and shipping went surprisingly fast. Using the Aftercare Duo for my recent tattoos and healing goes fast and with zero to no itching. I will always stick to these as they work a dream as a duo.

Picked up the AM/PM set

Picked up the AM/PM set, had some questions after I'd ordered, and the team were super helpful. love the Vibrancy Serum, left my tattoos looking great. Will be buying from them again.

Goods not recieved

Reordered as 1st order was good but not yet recieved products and update just says unfulfilled on site. Messaged a couple of times but no response. Terrible customer service and now worried I may have lost my money!! Will update review if things change. Ordered on 22/12/2025 and only recieved initial order confirmation email. Will give it a day or 2 and then consult card provider to try and reclaim my money.

I've been following these guys for a while, I was first made aware from an artist I admired promoting their products, I was booked in to get a tattoo so thought I would try their aftercare cream / foamy cleaner and the way this tattoo has healed has made me a lifelong buyer, thank you Stories and Ink

Haven't received order, bad customer service!

Ordered a Christmas present on 5th December 2025, delivery I was told would take up to 3-4 working days. Usually, I would receive updates that the order has been dispatched, etc however, I have received nothing, and it still says the order is preparing shipment, which hasn't updated for 2 weeks. I have tried contacting the customer service several times now and have had no response! If I don't hear anything in the next day, I am going to have to escalate this to my payment provider.
