Just wanted to take a moment to share some feedback on the product and Alex from the CS team, after making a purchase through Amazon marketplace both purchases of the cream and foam wash came damaged which of course is not the companies issue just wanted to flag this as I know these things can happen.I contacted customer service just to give them the heads up and my issue was solved within 24 hours!The cream and foam itself is absolutely fantastic! Credit where credit is due though as it really is a game changer to the tattoo healing process and the ease of use is basically top notch !I find it so easy to use and it provides that extra layer handiness to use to clean and moisture while I’m working.Insanely good products, even better customer care 10/10!
