I've been attempting to reach out to the service provider since yesterday, but the experience has been incredibly disappointing. Each time I contacted them, I was assured that 'our team will visit you,' yet no one arrived. The representative I initially contacted on messaging apps did not respond or answer calls, providing no updates. I even lodged a complaint on a priority basis, but no one has reached out to address the issue. The customer service is genuinely lacking—delayed responses, no follow-up, and no urgency. Today they again claimed 'we are near your area,' but this turned out to be another empty promise. Very dissatisfied with the service level. This is not what a customer expects from a company claiming to offer reliable support.
