Quite literally a nightmare to use Storm Fiber services. They were good when we first started using a few years back, but they've gotten progressively worse after time. The internet stops working literally week, even when you're paying on time. Customer service is a joke. They tell you that they'll send a team in 24 hours and then they take over 4 days to get here. They're constantly delaying customers and making excuses, while I'm losing my minutes every week on these jokers who can't even give a straight response.

I’ve been trying to get in touch with the service since yesterday, and the experience has been incredibly disappointing. Each time I reached out, I was informed that “our team will visit you,” but no one ever arrived. The representative I initially contacted on messaging didn’t respond to calls or messages, and there were no updates provided. I even lodged a priority complaint, but no one followed up to address the issue. The customer service is frankly inadequate—slow responses, lack of follow-up, and no urgency whatsoever. Today, they again claimed “we are near your area,” but this turned out to be another empty promise. Just a lot of falsehoods and excuses. I am very let down by the level of service. This is far from what a customer should expect from a company that claims to offer dependable support.

Yes, you read that correctly! My experience with this provider was a textbook example of how NOT to deliver a service. After multiple assurances of 'just a bit more time' and a lengthy 15-day wait, nothing occurred. No installation, no progress, just empty promises. I made the mistake of paying in full upfront. The service was never activated, and the installation team never showed. The sales representative, who was very responsive before payment, suddenly became unreachable afterward. Eventually, I decided to switch to another provider that understands the importance of installation. For anyone considering this service, please think twice. Read reviews, check complaints, and manage your expectations. If you still choose to proceed, document everything and report issues through official channels. Thankfully, those channels are responsive, unlike this provider. To current users, my sympathies; my experience felt more like entering a twilight zone of service where accountability is non-existent.
The service and after-sales support have been appalling. After countless complaints, I was only shuffled between the billing and technical departments. Even after lodging my complaint, they resolved my issue without actually coming to check, falsely claiming it was fixed while the problem persisted. The service is utterly disappointing, and it's frustrating to receive only 2 or 3 Mbps regardless of the package purchased. Please avoid this provider; I'm extremely let down. I have switched to another service that I highly recommend.
The technical support and internet service have been the worst I've encountered. I've called numerous times over the last few days, and they always promise that the field team will contact me shortly. The agents I spoke with often repeated the same information without resolution. Their supervisor either doesn’t answer or disconnects the call. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and if they continue this way, the company may not last long. It’s been days, and no one has reached out to resolve my issue.
The customer service experience has been the worst I've faced. They fail to understand the issue. My internet disconnects automatically at night and reconnects in the morning. They check the service but close the ticket without a real solution. This cycle continues.
