Customer service is too bad

Customer service is too bad, specially g15 office. I contacted g15 representative for new connection he gave me one week time, i waited contacted back after one week and he straight away refused and gave me more time. Even i submitted application on website no response from there aswell,Is it supposed to wait that long for new connection? Worst experience.
