I’ve been trying to get in touch with the service since yesterday, and the experience has been incredibly disappointing. Each time I reached out, I was informed that “our team will visit you,” but no one ever arrived. The representative I initially contacted on messaging didn’t respond to calls or messages, and there were no updates provided. I even lodged a priority complaint, but no one followed up to address the issue. The customer service is frankly inadequate—slow responses, lack of follow-up, and no urgency whatsoever. Today, they again claimed “we are near your area,” but this turned out to be another empty promise. Just a lot of falsehoods and excuses. I am very let down by the level of service. This is far from what a customer should expect from a company that claims to offer dependable support.
