I sent a formal legal notice regarding this issue. The response from their representative seemed like a generic, AI-generated template: full of copy-and-paste references, lacking common sense, and showing no willingness to accept responsibility. The overall tone suggested they know better, and that it was tough luck for me. The outcome? No PC, significant wasted time, and a company insisting they did nothing wrong after changing the terms post-payment. Based on my experience, I would never trust this platform for a major purchase again and strongly recommend that anyone considering an order does their research first.
