Review Time
Got exactly what I ordered in the timescale promised. Some slight packaging hiccups but we're resolved with a support email to my satisfaction. Will update this review if needed if expected performance of the PC does not continue to satisfy.
Ryzen 7 9800x3D, 64gb DDR6000, M. 2 1TB & 4TB, RTX5090. The Flight Sim Package
I ordered a custom-built PC after exploring various options and chose this service for its competitive pricing. The website's system for customizing and selecting compatible components was very user-friendly. Although the lead time was longer than anticipated, as the delivery was stated to be within 10-14 days but the build was finalized on the last day of that period, the PC arrived in excellent condition due to careful packaging.
I ordered a PC at the clearly listed price and paid in full. After processing my payment, I received an email stating that I would need to pay an additional £3,000 to receive the system. This felt like a blatant bait-and-switch. If the price was incorrect, that’s their problem – they shouldn’t advertise it, take payment, confirm the order, and then demand more money. I sent a formal legal notice regarding this issue. The response from their representative seemed like a generic, AI-generated template: full of copy-and-paste references, lacking common sense, and showing no willingness to accept responsibility. The overall tone suggested they know better, and that it was tough luck for me. The outcome? No PC, significant wasted time, and a company insisting they did nothing wrong after changing the terms post-payment. Based on my experience, I would never trust this platform for a major purchase again and strongly recommend that anyone considering an order does their research first.
I ordered a PC at the clearly stated price on their website and paid in full. Only after they took my money did I receive an email saying I would need to pay an additional £3,000 to actually get the system. This felt like a complete bait-and-switch. If the price was wrong, that's their internal issue – they shouldn't advertise it, accept payment, send confirmation, and then suddenly demand thousands more. I sent a formal legal letter about it. The response from their representative seemed like a generic, AI-generated template: filled with copy-and-paste references, completely lacking common sense, and showing no willingness to take responsibility for what happened. The overall tone was basically: we know better, tough luck. The result? No PC, a lot of wasted time, and a company insisting they did nothing wrong after changing the deal post-payment. Based on my experience, I would never trust this platform for a large purchase again and strongly suggest anyone considering an order does their research first.
After waiting nearly three weeks for my custom-built PC, it arrived today at 4:40 PM. Upon opening the box, I immediately noticed that they had sent me the wrong RAM; I ordered 64GB Corsair Vengeance (2x32GB) 6000MHz but received Kingston Fury 64GB instead. This is absolutely unacceptable and feels fraudulent. There was no communication regarding this change; it seems they hoped I wouldn’t notice the blatant deception. I also ordered three additional fans to be installed, but only one was included. Why were the other two not installed? Upon opening the bag with the two fans, I discovered that one was broken. Again, poor quality control. The system booted straight into BIOS, which I found strange. When I exited, it booted back into BIOS again. I paid £2400 for a PC I can’t even use, and after trying to call at 4:50 PM (no answer, perhaps they closed early), I received an email stating that everyone had gone for the weekend and nothing could be done until Monday. I look forward to the company addressing these issues. After discussing my problems with a friend, he offered to help. We found that Windows hadn’t been installed, along with all the necessary drivers. I had to buy a USB stick to download a Windows installer, then return home to install it. Because the motherboard drivers weren’t installed, I had no Wi-Fi options during setup, and I don’t have an Ethernet cable. I had to go back to my friend’s to download the Wi-Fi driver. I'm extremely unhappy with this level of service, especially since it has been in building and testing since the 15th.
My PC wouldn’t boot after a Windows update, and the tech support agent knew exactly what to do. They sent me an email with straightforward instructions to resolve the issue, and my computer was fine within a few hours. The company was even prepared to send out a free replacement part overnight if that hadn’t worked. Great service, no waiting on the phone, and no recorded messages about long call times. The free three-year warranty was a nice touch.
I received my PC about nine hours ago and managed to set it up without any issues. I wanted to share a few highlights. 1. Support: When I received my PC and set up Windows, it asked for network drivers. I called, and they sent the drivers within five minutes, along with installation steps. 2. Quality: My PC is excellent quality, fully cable managed, and even included a pre-installed GPU anti-sag support. They also provided extra cables, stickers, and screws. 3. Improvements: I tend to check reviews after buying, and I can confidently say this company listens and improves based on feedback. For example, RAM speeds were set up correctly for me, and everything was secure. Delivery was quick; I saw complaints about delays, but my PC arrived three days after purchasing, potentially even sooner if not for ordering on a Friday. 4. Ease of setup: Setting up my PC was straightforward. I didn’t purchase Windows, but the case included a QR code for setup guidance, which I appreciated. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.
Delivery and customer service were great. However, my graphics card wouldn’t work despite the system being built and tested. Update - I manually reset the card following a tutorial, and it now works.
The company's response is misleading – the problem is a hardware failure, not a misunderstanding about the OS. Their reply contained inaccuracies and tried to shift blame onto me. I know what a No-OS system is, and the hardware they shipped cannot install any OS. This is not normal, nor is it a driver issue or user error. The system fails to boot with both Windows and Linux, indicating a hardware-level problem, specifically with the PCIe/NVMe controller. Their claim about needing to load drivers is also incorrect; the chipset does not require separate drivers. Support was minimal and avoided addressing the obvious hardware fault. I have requested a full refund, as the PC is not fit for purpose or satisfactory quality. Their response does not reflect the actual situation, and I expect my refund to be processed promptly.
