I hesitated to write a review, but after reading others, I felt compelled to share my experience. The customer service from the manager and district manager has been the worst I've encountered. The only helpful person was one staff member. I wouldn't trust this company with my belongings; I strongly suggest finding another storage facility to avoid potential issues.
