Great Initially, Then a Nightmare

It seemed too good to be true. I was with the service for less than three months before they decided to raise my covered parking for my RV by an additional $75 a month. I received notice on 11/22/25, and the increase would take effect on 12/22/25. I understand periodic price adjustments, but $75 in one month is excessive. The short notice during the holidays has made it even worse. I'm definitely dissatisfied with the service.

Avoid the Golden Location

The facility in Golden should be avoided. After 30 years as a customer, I had to move everything out quickly. It no longer feels safe, as there are vagrants on the premises. Management is nearly nonexistent and denies any issues, despite witnessing problems myself. Rent has surged, and similar units can be found for half the price elsewhere. A previous manager admitted they profit more from late fees than from renting units. That’s a major red flag!

You can't have more than one unit on a single account, necessitating multiple email addresses. Logging into their website on certain browsers is also problematic. Avoid This Service

Avoid this company unless you’re okay with them illegally selling your property! My belongings were auctioned off just eight days after a second notice was sent, which was dated August 18, 2025. When I tried to pay the lien on the auction date, I found out my items had already been sold. They violated state law by not waiting the required 14 days before selling. The district manager refused to take responsibility and was unhelpful. Contacting corporate is nearly impossible! We’ve filed complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General. My advice: steer clear of this company!

Disappointed After Years of Loyalty

After over four years as a paying customer, I'm very disappointed with how I've been treated. My rent increases have been excessive, and every attempt to discuss these issues has led to dead ends. Even the local manager couldn't help, providing just the same phone number that leads to an answering machine. I've left multiple voicemails since July 12, but no response. The latest rent increase took effect today despite my efforts to address it. This is not just bad service; it shows a lack of respect for loyal customers. Regrettable Service Experience
