Rented space to store my car due to travel. Came back 6 months later and someone had backed into my car and damaged it. I asked for video coverage so I can identify the car that hit my car. I was told there was none. I asked them to compensate me for the damage and they said they were not responsible. They advertise "security, safety and peace of mind" for storing your car. I am suing them for fraud, negligence and breach of contract in small claims court. They also raised my monthly rate by close to 30% after the 3rd month without any notice to me. Will be reporting them to the BBB too.
