No matter who owns this place, now StorQuest, they can't control the rodents. You are required to have insurance (get your own! Theirs is $$), but insurance rarely pays adequately for losses - there's all that "depreciaton", ya know. My unit is chronically overrun with mice AND RATS. The personnel smile and say they'll get someone to fix it, but it doesn't happen. If you get a unit in the building on the top floor you are pbly safe, but the outside "garage" units are not. Don't store anything you can't afford to lose! (in which case, why store it?)
