Our second story home has been a wonderful experience. While searching for a new place, nothing seemed to catch our eye until we visited a site where we were greeted by a welcoming representative. There was no pressure, and we had an open discussion about our needs. The home we toured surpassed our expectations. From the negotiation phase to completion, the support we received was invaluable; it felt like they truly understood our challenges and guided us through to the finish line. Now that we've settled in for a couple of months, we absolutely love our new home. The aftercare and site manager have been excellent. Upgrading from another builder's homes was the right choice, and we are thrilled with the design and features they offer, especially our spacious new kitchen island, which was essential for us!
