Storython sets extreme clarity in your mind about the way you need to go about building your storytelling journey. It is my first ever training program and i am glad that I have come across Ankit Kothari as my first trainer. Because he provides genuine information that touches your principles in life. I am lucky that I did not meet any other mentor till now because there are lot of distractions in market regarding how to go about your planned long-term journey, which we wish to leave a mark in our community. His research and opinions puts a light on many nuances of the journey that generally goes unnoticed in the rush towards our goals. What a wonderful, structured session, the way Ankit explains the art of scriptwriting, mapping it real life movie scenes truly shows he wants to help people and bring their vision to life. In the 2 day workshop, we learnt how to write loglines, craft your script, and many more such things which cannot be fit in such a short review. Highly recommended.
Ankit Kothari makes Storython a safe place for the writers’ community. While he places his views and learning from his own journey in a gentle manner, it is very evident that this is a space for only those who are serious about the craft of writing. My aim is to take inputs for the novel I am writing, and this script writing course is perfectly helpful for a ‘show, don’t tell’ approach. It was a wonderful learning experience. Ankit is so patient and explains everything with great clarity and focus. When there's so much of noisy advice online it's easy to get lost and overwhelmed but Ankit guided us with steps and introduced us to structure. Explanation was clear and easy to follow. Flow chart clarified every single detail. Also got to listen and interact with other writers over their loglines. It was a nice experience. Highly recommend it for writers at all stages
