Storz and Bickel are all about the MONEY .I bought a Crafty and used it infrequently as a back up,the battery life was pitiful from the start.It was still under warranty but S and B wanted €154 to repair it and refused to stand over their product. DO NOT BUY A CRAFTY .
My device had a really bad airflow, I had to sent my device for repairs which went very pleasently.I opened a RMA, received a free return label almost immediately, returned my device and within a couple days i have received a completely new device.Thanks for the great service!
German efficiency at its finest. My RMA took just one day. My Venty had the E04 error, and the whole process was unbelievably easy: I sent the device in, and they sent me a completely new one back.The build quality is solid, no doubt about it — but at the end of the day, it is a tiny heating device that lives in your pocket, so wear and tear happens. Sure, the price is on the higher side, but honestly, think about how much you’d spend over a year on rolling papers, filters, grinders, all that stuff.Their warranty is fair, the service is fast, and overall the company gives you the feeling that they actually care. I really like this brand, and for me it’s simple: I’m sticking with them. They’ve earned that loyalty.
I have used their products for over 7 yrs and have previously bought the mighty,mighty plus and now a venty,all 3 products have ended up having error codes.The first 2 mightys had ran out of warranty and they wanted £180 to fix them.Now my venty has shown a 004 error code that comes and goes.i went on the storz and bickel website and looked up error, it said stop using immediately and send it back to get fixed.i filled out the relevant form to return the venty only to recieve an email asking me to make a video of the fault code and serial no.The serial no is worn and can't be made out and as I explained the error comes and goes so can't supply a video that theve asked for.They are just making it awkward to avoid repairing it.shocking customer support 😉
I’m writing because I’m very disappointed with the current situation regarding my Mighty vaporizer, which I purchased about three and a half years ago.One day, while charging, the display suddenly showed an “R” error, and since then the device has never worked properly. It heats up, but once it reaches around 180–190°C, it stops producing vapor and clearly doesn’t function as it should.I contacted your service department and was told that the only option is to replace it for €298. However, this is not a real discount — I found the same price (€294) on MagicVapo, an authorized reseller. That means your “replacement offer” is not actually helping loyal customers.I bought this device for around €270, and after only three and a half years, I don’t think it’s fair or correct that I should have to buy a completely new one. This feels like a product support issue, not normal wear and tear.I also just purchased a new Volcano Hybrid for €450, and now I’m honestly worried that in three or three and a half years I’ll face the same problem — that there will be no spare parts or repair options available. Spending €500 on a product that can’t be repaired would be unacceptable.Anyway i got a volcano when my mighty was broken and The quality of the volcano's material is not acceptable for the price paid, and the quality of the vapor is not as good as other vaporizers. I feel like I wasted my money. If I could go back, I wouldn’t buy it again.
I think the vapes they make are the best you can get.The returns service can be slow and I understand people getting frustrated when the device they rely on has broken.I have been using S&B devices for 10 years, in that time I have had 2 devices break, a mighty and a venty, both were replaced under warranty with no charge.Thanks S&B for your great vapes
Dont buy VENTY. After 30hours i got E04 error. After sending it back to producent in Germany, the guarantee was rejected due to massive force i used.Im very dissapointed about guarantee policy of Storz Bickel cause i didnt used any force. They offer me repair for about 300€.ofcourse i didnt do that so on i repaired it for myself ( one of the connectors of the lcd was unconnected so i push it and it worked - video of the repair is on youtube )So STORZ AND BICKEL ARE THE WORST CHOICE OF VAPORIZATORS EVER. Dont make my mistake
I bought a crafty + it stopped working after 2 years and they want next to retail price to repair. I have a nighty it needed repair they’re have stopped repairing thirds and said I could trade it in for a mighty plus, but the mighty plus is more expensive than my local retailer and no money of for the trade. All repair shipping is expected to be paid by the customer. These guys have really went down hill. I used to sing their praises, but not any more.
