I received a drone as an early Christmas gift, but I've been struggling with a persistent issue of the gimbal drifting upwards since I first used it. Unfortunately, the support team didn't help me at all; they just asked for proof of the problem, only to inform me that they couldn't assist further. I chose this drone based on positive reviews about their customer service, and now I deeply regret my purchase. I would advise others to steer clear of this company!
I just want to express how satisfied I am with this brand. The quality of their drones and the overall experience have been consistently outstanding. It's refreshing to see a company that fulfills its promises and maintains a high level of reliability. I'm truly happy with my decision.
I can't speak to the product yet, as I haven't used it, but I felt it was important to leave feedback about the customer service. My initial order was lost in transit, and with Christmas approaching, I was quite anxious. Their team was quick to respond, incredibly kind, and took immediate action to rectify the situation. They sent a replacement right away, and it arrived just in time for Christmas, which I truly appreciated. While shipping issues can happen, how a company handles them is crucial, and they managed it exceptionally well. Based on this experience, their customer service is excellent, and I'm very grateful for their thoughtful resolution.
I've begun my journey into drone photography and videography, specifically with this brand. I'm really enjoying the experience. Starting with earlier models and now using the latest flagship, I appreciate the improvements in quality and features. The current model produces impressive images and videos. I have shared some of my work online. I also want to note the helpfulness of the customer service team; they have always been supportive whenever I had questions. The current model even provides logs for technical support to assess any issues.
I've already left a review elsewhere, but I feel compelled to share my experience again. Their website employs misleading tactics and images that do not accurately represent what you will receive. They also do not display any reviews lower than four stars and seem to have very few total reviews because of it. The return process would have cost me nearly half of my initial expenditure. I would never recommend them and will not purchase from them again.
