I will be reaching out tomorrow. The fire grate set I purchased looked good, but after using the fire twice, the tray appears cheap and plastic, lacking quality. I installed heavy-duty porcelain tiles, and one has cracked due to heat transfer through the tray. The builder was shocked at how the product looked after only two uses. Given the amount I paid, I expected a higher quality product, but it feels more like a plastic tray that has warped from heat. Completely disappointed with the product quality for the price.
