I expected next-day delivery, but my order wasn’t loaded in time, resulting in a delay. Communication could have improved, as I had to reach out for updates. However, the pricing was fair, and they have a wide selection of electric stoves.
I will be reaching out tomorrow. The fire grate set I purchased looked good, but after using the fire twice, the tray appears cheap and plastic, lacking quality. I installed heavy-duty porcelain tiles, and one has cracked due to heat transfer through the tray. The builder was shocked at how the product looked after only two uses. Given the amount I paid, I expected a higher quality product, but it feels more like a plastic tray that has warped from heat. Completely disappointed with the product quality for the price.
