Purchased a Chollerton Fire (EANDG114) in January this year. On removing it from the box, which was not possible to not damage the packaging, was found to be unsuitable for our use. At first they were happy to have it returned, but discovering that it was not to be in its original packaging, Said KEEP IT. My credit card company were no support at all. WARNING be carefull when dealing with this company.A typical reply from a company that hides away their unrealsitic terms and conditions in small print. Future customers be very careful.
