My experience with Stowfly raises serious concerns about their business practices and truthfulness. There is no way to contact a real person — no phone number, no customer support, only an email address that goes unanswered. Multiple attempts to contact them resulted in no response whatsoever.Stowfly routed my package to a local liquor store, which confirmed that the package never arrived, despite UPS marking it as “delivered.” When I contacted Stowfly to resolve this discrepancy, they were completely unreachable and took no action to investigate or assist. What is especially troubling is that Stowfly prominently advertises that every package is guaranteed/insured. When I attempted to file a claim under this guarantee, Stowfly failed to respond and did not honor the coverage they publicly promote. Advertising a guarantee and then refusing to acknowledge or process claims appears misleading at best and raises potential false-advertising and consumer-protection issues.Additionally, Stowfly lacks basic transparency. Their website registration and ownership details are hidden, making it difficult to verify who is actually responsible for the company — a major red flag when handling customers’ property.Based on my experience, Stowfly’s actions suggest a pattern of avoiding accountability once something goes wrong. Consumers should be aware that advertised guarantees may not be honored, and recourse may be extremely limited. I would strongly advise against trusting this company with your packages or personal information
