Stowfly is not a reputable company and they dont respond to requests sent thru their email. There is no way to contact a person directly. No phone just an email that noone responds to. The local liquor store (where stowfly sent my package to) said it never arrived despite it showing delivered with UPS. Stowfly were not reachable and did nothing to help. I tried to claim the package delivery guarantee that they have posted all over the website but they never honored it. Absolute scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is a fraud. Even the website registration is hidden so there is no way to look them up!

Choose somewhere else…..

Just horrible all across the board…I created an account but cancelled it for sure….went to get a order of packages but they would not release to me due to a technical error on stowfly although I called the day before to confirm but could not reach anyone in customer service text and emailed support for hours while still at the store but ultimately had to leave without packages. I will never ever ever use this service again integrity as a company is in the toilet in my opinion.

My experience with Stowfly raises serious concerns about their business practices and truthfulness. There is no way to contact a real person — no phone number, no customer support, only an email address that goes unanswered. Multiple attempts to contact them resulted in no response whatsoever.Stowfly routed my package to a local liquor store, which confirmed that the package never arrived, despite UPS marking it as “delivered.” When I contacted Stowfly to resolve this discrepancy, they were completely unreachable and took no action to investigate or assist.What is especially troubling is that Stowfly prominently advertises that every package is guaranteed/insured. When I attempted to file a claim under this guarantee, Stowfly failed to respond and did not honor the coverage they publicly promote. Advertising a guarantee and then refusing to acknowledge or process claims appears misleading at best and raises potential false-advertising and consumer-protection issues.Additionally, Stowfly lacks basic transparency. Their website registration and ownership details are hidden, making it difficult to verify who is actually responsible for the company — a major red flag when handling customers’ property.Based on my experience, Stowfly’s actions suggest a pattern of avoiding accountability once something goes wrong. Consumers should be aware that advertised guarantees may not be honored, and recourse may be extremely limited. I would strongly advise against trusting this company with your packages or personal information

WARNING THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I HAD A PACKAGE DELIVERED TO ONE OF THERE LOCATIONS. THE LOCATION SAID THEY NEVER RECEIVED IT EVEN THOUGH UPS SHOWED IT WAS DELIVERED. I REACHED OUT AND WAS IGNORED. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. THEY NEVER OFFERED TO RESEARCH MY MISSING PACKAGE. THEY DID NOT HONOR THE $1000 GUARANTEE THEY HAVE POSTED ALL OVER THEIR SITE AND THE INTERNET. THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! THEY WOULDNT EVEN RESPOND TO MY MANY REQUESTS FOR HELP. THEY HAVE NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYBODY DIRECTLY. THERE IS ONLY A SUOPORT EMAIL.... NO OTHER MEANS OF CONTACTING ANYONE. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER. I WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED BY THIS COMPANY AND HAVE STILL NEVER RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION. I WILL NOW HAVE TO HIRE A LAWYER TO RECOVER MY PACKAGE OR THE VALUE WHICH IS GOING TO COST SIGNIFICANTLY MORE. THIS COMPANY IS NOT LEGIT AND IS A COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM.

I had a very frustrating experience with Stowfly, and I feel it's important to warn others who may be considering using their service, especially if you’re relying on the “included insurance coverage” they advertise.On June 21, 2025, a package was marked as delivered by UPS at the designated Stowfly location: ConexionCafe (5100 W Fullerton Ave, Chicago). However, the staff at that location confirmed they never received the package. I submitted a full report with evidence: tracking number (1Z2E3A690382869919), delivery photo, booking confirmation, and a written statement from the location.On July 9, I received an acknowledgment from Stowfly support stating that the case was under review. As of today, August 6, I have received no update, no resolution, and no compensation under the insurance claim — despite several follow-up emails.What’s most concerning is that Stowfly promotes peace of mind with insurance, yet when an issue actually occurs, their process lacks transparency, accountability, and responsiveness. If the insurance is not going to be honored or even followed up, it should not be advertised as part of the service.Sadly, I cannot recommend this service. If your package matters, this is not a system you can trust.

Stay away - predatory and deceptive

I canceled in November 2023 and haven’t used the service in the 18 months since. Despite that, Stowfly continued charging me monthly - with no email notices, no receipts, and charges hidden under the vague term “storage” instead of “Stowfly.” When I flagged it, they demanded proof of cancellation rather than taking responsibility for their own broken system. Support takes days to respond. The entire setup feels designed to mislead and trap users. Predatory, deceptive, and absolutely not to be trusted. Stay away.

Does not have any customer service. They dont answer any emails. I booked in Hallandale Beach address and they change it without let you know, so all my packages returned to the sender.
