My daughter ordered clothes almost a month ago. It's nearly impossible to reach customer service, as communication is primarily through WhatsApp. The first delivery never arrived, and I received no updates. After finally managing to speak with someone, a replacement was sent, only to face another delay. There has been no explanation. I advise avoiding this service entirely. I’ve instructed my daughter to never use them again.
