Today, my mother and I faced one of the most humiliating and bewildering experiences we've ever encountered in a store, specifically at a location in Costa Rica. After trying on a few items, my mother found ripped tags on the floor that had been there prior to her arrival. An employee checked and suggested it was linked to another staff member. My mother clarified her innocence, and we continued shopping. After purchasing our items, the alarm went off, affecting many shoppers. Staff inspected our bags and found nothing amiss. However, as we left a nearby store, a security guard from the original store insisted on escorting us back, claiming they just wanted to ask questions. Instead of inquiries, they accused my mother of theft and claimed they had video evidence, despite: • If there was indeed a video, it should have shown her entering and exiting with the alleged item. • The fitting room employee should have noticed the item during their inspection. • Our bags had been thoroughly checked and were empty. • No item was ever found with us. With no physical evidence, they pressured my mother into paying for an item she never took. We were treated disrespectfully, denied a chance to understand their so-called evidence, and publicly humiliated. This experience was profoundly degrading and entirely unwarranted. We left feeling disheartened, especially since we had previously purchased several items from the store, including on the day of this incident. We resolved not to shop there again. No customer deserves such treatment, particularly without clear proof or basic respect.

My daughter ordered clothes almost a month ago. It's nearly impossible to reach customer service, as communication is primarily through WhatsApp. The first delivery never arrived, and I received no updates. After finally managing to speak with someone, a replacement was sent, only to face another delay. There has been no explanation. I advise avoiding this service entirely. I’ve instructed my daughter to never use them again.
Online, it claims there's a 10% discount for first orders when signing up for the newsletter, but that wasn't the case according to customer support. Also, the free delivery on orders over £30 only applies to the total excluding discounted items. Even more frustrating is the painfully slow website—anything clicked while viewing an item just adds it to the cart. I've reluctantly placed an order due to my daughter's desire for an item, but I won't be returning.
If I could give this brand zero stars, I would. I requested a refund in August, and now it's November, with no money returned. I'm frustrated, especially as a teenager with limited funds. I've sent multiple emails, but it's becoming ridiculous. I'm hoping for my money back after seeing so many negative reviews about refunds. I won't be ordering from this site again.
They marked my click and collect as collected, yet when I visited the store the same day to address the issue, they assured me I would receive a refund. A year has passed, and I still have not seen my supposed refund... It feels like a scam.
I visited a store and bought a pair of boots but encountered a sizing issue. When I attempted to return them, I was told they were used and that I wouldn't receive a refund. I was genuinely frustrated as I hadn't used them at all.
I was barely a day past my return deadline, but due to bad weather and my asthma acting up while caring for a sick child, I was refused an exchange. I didn't want a refund; I was willing to spend an extra £40. I was outright told I'd need a doctor's note to prove my illness, which only added to my frustration.
Terrible company with very rude customer service. I ordered a £120 coat for my daughter, and within two weeks, the zipper broke. They allowed me to return it but couldn't exchange it due to stock issues, and they claimed the refund would take seven days. I asked if I could get the coat repaired and be reimbursed for the cost, but they flatly refused. Now my daughter is without a coat in the cold, and I can't buy another until they process my refund. They offered free delivery on my next order as compensation, which hardly feels adequate.
